Sullied Sears into Our Misogynistic Society

The Pan South African Language Board (PanSALB) and the Market Theatre have recently partnered on a production titled SULLIED by Matjamela Motloung that has been made accessible in South African Sign Language for the current theatre season commemorating the national “16 Days of Activism”. The production not only raises awareness on the GBV scourge that continues to besiege the country, but also creates space for South African Sign Language to find expression in the performing arts.
