SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCE PRACTITIONER

Remuneration Package: R 397,116 per annum
(Other benefits include Housing and Medical Allowance, 13th Cheque, and Provident Fund)

Purpose of the Position: The Senior Human Resource Practitioner is responsible for the administration of sound human resource activities in line with legislative requirements. The incumbent must provide guidance and render support to all employees regarding general HR enquiries (i.e. benefits, development, and performance management).

Minimum Requirements: Applicants must have a minimum of Grade 12 (NQF level 4), 3 year National Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent NQF level 6 qualification. Postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage. At least 3 years of HR experience within a generalist HR environment, sound knowledge of HR legislation, HR Payroll, and Performance Management System

Competencies Needed: Time management skills, Attention to detail, Deadline driven, Conflict resolution, People skills, Administration skills, Interpersonal skills, Analytical skills, Project administration, Customer service.

Key Performance Areas: The successful incumbent will be expected to perform, amongst others, but not limited to, the following tasks and responsibilities: Facilitate the recruitment and selection process, Conditions of service Administration, Performance management administration, Training and Development administration, and perform administrative support functions.
