MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must possess a National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) and the relevant
NQF Level 6 or higher qualification in Human Resource Management/Development, Public Management, Labour
Relations or any related field, with 1-2 years’ relevant Human Resource Administration experience. Experience within the public sector or public entities will be an added advantage.

DUTIES: The successful incumbent will be expected to perform, amongst others:
Provide HR Administration Support Services;
- Maintain and update employee personnel files and records.
- Capture and update employee information on HR systems.
- Ensure safekeeping and confidentiality of employee information.
- File and retrieve HR documentation as required.
Coordinate Recruitment and Selection Administration
- Prepare recruitment documentation and advertisements.
- Coordinate interview logistics and schedules.
- Prepare interview packs and recruitment reports.
- Conduct qualification and reference check administration.
- Administer appointment documentation and coordinate onboarding documentation
Administer Leave, attendance and Employee Benefits
- Capture, monitor leave applications and maintain leave records and balances.
- Process employee benefits documentation.
- Liaise with medical aid, pension fund, and insurance service providers.
Provide Training and Administrative Development Support
- Maintain training records.
- Coordinate learning and development interventions.
- Process training requests and attendance registers and compile training reports.
- Assist with Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) administration and submission of SETA documentation
Provide HR Reporting and Compliance Support
- Compile monthly, quarterly and annual HR reports.
- Monitor HR compliance requirements.
- Assist with audits and compliance reviews.
- Maintain employment equity information.
- Support HR planning processes.
