In 2017 PanSALB declared February as the month of LANGUAGE ACTIVISM. In line with its mandate, PanSALB will be hosting the 2018 LANGUAGE ACTIVISM MONTH. read more


The campaign was developed as a call to action to encourage policy makers and citizens to recognise that multilingualism is a catalyst for a better democratic change and that languages used in the homes of South African citizens are a valuable resource for social cohesion and economic success of the rainbow nation. read more
