  PanSALB TO AGAIN REQUEST MEETNG WITH THE OFFICE OF CHIEF JUSTICE TO ADDRESS ALLEGATIONS OF LANGUAGE DISCRIMINATION IN SOUTH AFRICAN COURTS  
  The Pan South African Language Board (PanSALB) is concerned about the continuous ostracism of the historically marginalized South African indigenous official languages by our courts of law as demonstrated on Monday, 20 May 2019 by the Pietermaritzburg high court, when it refused Advocate Muzi Sikhakhane the right to address it in isiZulu. read more  
   
  PanSALB CALLING ON GOVERNMENT TO DECLARE 2019 INTERNATIONAL YEAR OF INDIGENOUS LANGUAGES  
 

The Pan South African Language Board (PanSALB) is calling upon the President of South Africa, Mr Cyril Ramaphosa, to officially declare 2019 as the International Year of Indigenous Languages (IYIL) during his State of the Nation Address on 07 February 2019. read more
